As ownership has grown to over 2500, the Board of Delegates recognize that we need to strengthen and clarify our organizational structure, governance, and process in Mariposa’s bylaws.
This is a critical turning point for Mariposa and we need your vote!
As an owner, it is an important benefit and responsibility to vote on changes such as these.
How can you prepare?
Read the final draft presented by the Board using the link below. Owners will be discussing and voting on this draft at the meeting, but you may provide feedback before December 3rd by emailing lenabuford@gmail.com, one of Mariposa's At Large Delegates.
What else can you expect?
In addition to discussing and voting on the bylaws, we are planning a cookie swap! The cookie swap is a chance to share your favorite seasonal cookie with your fellow co-owners and take some cookies home in return.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- 30-40 of your favorite cookies. Vegan/gluten-free inclusive is appreciated.
- A list of sensitive ingredients (dairy, nuts, gluten products, etc.)
- Copies of your recipe if you want to share with others.
- A bag or box to bring your cookie bounty home.
Every owner who attends the meeting will be entered to win our winter gift basket, filled with items to prep for the season.
Additional food and beverages will be provided during the meeting.
